Best plumber: Pat the Plumber – News – The Topeka Capital-Journal

Patrick Grogan built up his company, Pat the Plumber, one customer at a time, and was surprised that his business with six employees was named the best plumber in this year’s Best of Topeka competition.

“Our customer base is smaller because our company is smaller,” said Grogan. “We just can’t touch that many people with fewer employees. Getting the volume of votes that a bigger company would get is decent business. It’s way cooler to win. Every single customer we get tries to look after them to the best of our ability. ”

The team is committed to delivering the very best in plumbing and trenchless sewer repair in the area. To be recognized as one of Topeka’s best is further confirmation that the services that we have been offering our customers for over six years are required by Topeka employees.

What distinguishes your company?

We are aware that competent service is of crucial importance for the satisfaction of our customers. Our installers are highly qualified and receive ongoing training to keep up with the latest trends in the industry. But the key to standing above the rest is our customer service and dedication to all of the little things the homeowner remembers long after the repair or installation they called us for at church
first place.

We have state-of-the-art equipment that makes it quick and easy to spot problems, so there’s no guesswork or wasted time. We have well-stocked vans with large stocks of parts for most essential equipment so you don’t have to go back to the store for more parts. Our technicians wear protective overshoes and use fall sheets to prevent floor damage and keep your home or business clean. It’s the little things that people remember that make a big difference.

What is your specialty for you?

Besides delivering an unparalleled plumbing experience? This year we added trenchless sewer repair. In fact, we are the only plumbing company in the region to offer this service. Trenchless sewer repair allows us to fix underground problems with residential and commercial sewer lines without digging for open trenches in the client’s yard, gardens, driveway or patio. Our technicians are certified to perform this service professionally and conveniently. In fact, we can complete the service in just one day.

One of our preferred tools in this repair is a camera that we insert down the sewer line so that we can clearly identify the problem. Homeowners are amazed to see this. The camera confirms that the work we recommended must actually be done. Another unique service from Pat the Plumber is that we are one of only two Moen Certified Service Plumbers in all of Kansas who are factory trained and authorized to repair Moen faucets and faucets.

What is your favorite part about owning Pat the Plumber?

When we walk into a house we know that we will leave that house with a very satisfied customer if we offer great service at a great price. That’s what it’s about me. I am happy when the customers are happy!
