Blanco Launches Urbena Faucet Collection, Reengineers Existing Lines for Water Efficiency

Blanco recently made a number of additions and modifications to its kitchen faucet collections, including the introduction of the new Urbena series of faucets, the reintroduction of the Linus series with new color finishes and new water efficiency standards throughout the catalog.

Most of Blanco’s existing faucet lines have been redesigned to run at 1.5 gallons per minute, 2.2 GPM and one step beyond the commonly used 1.8 GPM flow rate. The new designs offer water savings and still deliver a strong, powerful spray, according to the manufacturer.

Two new colors are available for the entire faucet portfolio, both full and double: Coal Black, a matt black accent finish, and Concrete Gray, a soft shade of gray. Blanco now offers a total of six metal surfaces, nine full-color surfaces and 18 double surfaces with chrome or PVD steel in its faucet collections.

The newly launched Linus series has a slim profile with a pull-out spray head that is hidden inside. It now works at the new flow rate of 1.5 GPM and has nine new full colors. The Urbana faucet collection, new to the US market, features a sleek gooseneck spout design with an internally concealed pull-down spray head. It is available in two metal finishes, Chrome and Classic Steel, as well as nine color options with two finishes that combine Chrome with a matching Silgranit sink color.
