Board of Water Supply faucets at Waiahole Poi Factory activated in Hawaii

KANEOHE, Hawaii (KHON2) – The drinking water system in the Waiahole Valley was damaged by heavy rainfall earlier this week.

The Board of Water Supply has installed faucets in the Waiahole Poi Factory area. The water was available from Saturday, March 13, 2021, at noon.

The residents brought their own water containers to get the water. The water is available around the clock.

Social distancing is encouraged.
