MOREHOUSE PARISH (KTVE / KARD) – The Jones McGinty Water System is now issuing a BOIL ADVISORY for all customers of Bayou Bluff Road, Claude Mann Road, Seymore Pond Road, Knoxferry Road and Old Bonita Road south of the intersection of Sission Road.
According to a report, they had a water problem south of the junction of Old Bonita Road and Sission Road. A water pipe burst and pressure was lost.
The BOIL ADVISORY will remain in effect until canceled by the Jones McGinty Water System.

It is recommended that all consumers disinfect their water prior to consumption (including fountain beverages), ice-making, brushing teeth, or use in food preparation or dish rinsing, in the following ways:
Boil water in a clean container for one (1) full minute. The one minute begins after the water has been brought to a boil. (The flat taste can be eliminated by shaking water in a clean bottle or pouring from one clean container into another.)
