MUNDELEIN, Ill., 19th November 2020 / PRNewswire / – The Cast Iron Soil Pipe Institute (CISPI) is pleased to announce the introduction of its new brand identity. The new logo and supporting brand values have been updated to introduce a new generation of plumbing engineers, designers, code officers, contractors and installers to the institute.
Designed by McKenna in Chicago, IllinoisThe new brand identity fits into the institute’s broader marketing communication strategy to create broad awareness in the construction industry. Since the institute communicates with a large number of target groups, it was particularly important to create an easily recognizable branding. The specification and implementation of cast iron floor pipe products encompasses a wide variety of groups in the supply chain including builders, contractors and commercial plumbing professionals.
The new identity includes a bright red and blue color scheme that reinforces the legacy of the Made in America Institute and represents the CISPI member companies that manufacture cast iron floor pipes domestically. The energetic use of colors and multi-dimensional curves gives the “CI” trademark liveliness. The updated slogan “CISPI – The Mark of Quality” highlights the high quality manufacturing of the product, which can only be found in products made in America. The new branding looks extremely modern and continues with the institute’s earlier logo designs.
Dave ParneyThe Executive Vice President of CISPI was particularly pleased with the new look. “I’m very proud to announce the launch of our new brand. I believe our new branding is distinctive enough to appeal to a younger audience, but will still resonate with the seasoned industry professionals who have known the CISPI brand for years. “
CISPI Board of Directors, Francesca Dunbar“Our new branding supports the institute’s current priorities and underscores the quality that the institute has maintained for years. It will be an important asset for us as we try to expand our reach to new audiences across the country.”
