State Road officials say State Road 356 near Petersburg is due to be closed on Thursday due to a pipe replacement project.
The work is expected to take around a day, depending on the weather.
Local traffic has access until the closure, but through traffic should use the official diversion to SR 257, US 50 and SR 57.
