The Missouri Department of Transportation will be closing a Missouri 52 lane at various locations in Counties Miller and Maries over the next two weeks to improve drainage.
MoDOT will replace the culverts between Missouri 17 in Tuscumbia and Missouri 133 in Maries County by February 8th. Until then, one lane is closed from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Flaggers will be in place to guide motorists through the work area.
The work is being carried out in preparation for a pavement overlay project on Missouri 52 due to take place in 2022.
The work depends on the weather and can be delayed.
