Delta Faucet Signs Agreement to Acquire Kraus

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Delta Faucet Company, owned by Masco Corp. manufacturer of faucets, bathroom and shower fittings and accessories for residential and commercial buildings, has signed a definitive agreement for Masco to acquire the assets of Kraus, a high-end provider of plumbing fittings including sinks, faucets and related products.

The transaction announced today is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021 at the latest, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory reviews. That is based on statements from company officials who said Kraus will operate as a subsidiary of Delta Faucet Co., which makes the company’s Delta, Brizo and Peerless branded products. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Kraus, headquartered in Port Washington, NY, was founded in 2007 and employs around 100 people worldwide.
