The Deschenes Group announced the acquisition of Matériaux de Plomberie PMF and PMF Plumbing Supplies.
PMF is an independent wholesaler of luxury brand sanitary products. The company serves the specialty trade and retail markets in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario from its two locations in Montreal and Mississauga.
Both companies are expected to operate in their current structures with Matériaux de Plomberie PMF under the direction of Peter Malo and PMF Plumbing Supplies Toronto under the direction of Remo Cardinale.
“This acquisition gives us the opportunity to expand our range of luxury sanitary products through the PMF brand and welcome a talented and knowledgeable group of people who are passionate about their business,” said François Deschênes, President and CEO of DGI.
Founded in 1940, the Deschenes Group is a private family company based in Montreal.
PMF Supplies is an independent wholesaler of luxury brand sanitary products for professional trade and retail.
