DOYLESTOWN, PA — After police arrived at the scene of a burglary at Back In Time Music, they found someone on the building’s water heater, according to a Friday report.
Officers were dispatched to 1000 Easton Rd around 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
Upon entering the store, officers said they found 40-year-old Doylestown resident Damien Smith in the boiler room atop the water heater and became entangled in the plumbing.

According to the police, there was material damage to the room and the facility.
Smith was arrested and taken into custody on charges of burglary, criminal trespassing and criminal mischief.
