FedEx Field Pipes Appear to Be Broken For the Second Time This Season

The Washington Football Team hosted the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football to conclude week 12. A pipe (or multiple pipes?) Burst during the game. If this sounds like a story you’ve heard before, it’s because something very similar happened in September. Here is the video from the latest deluge at FedEx Field.

Don’t know how that happens once, let alone twice. pic.twitter.com/vv9MxYmUPq

When that happened earlier this year, the organization assured people online that this was just rainwater.

Quick update:
1. It was rainwater
2. It stopped
3. The fans are in suites and enjoying the game

It’s a fine story, but it’s not raining tonight in Greater Landover, Maryland. This is definitely a broken pipe. The only question is, what kind of pipe is that? Can’t wait to get an update.
