The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced a one-day road closure on Freeport Street (State Route 2011) on June 22, 2021 for a pipe replacement in Clinton Township, Butler County.
Work on Freeport Street will begin at 6:00 a.m. on June 22, 2021 and end at 6:00 p.m. The work is in good weather with an alternative date on June 23, 2021.
The affected area extends from the main road in Sachsenburg to the intersection of State Road 228.
Motorists should use the following detour: State Route 228 to State Route 356 to State Route 2010 (Winfield Road) to State Route 2011 (Freeport Street).
Work on this project will be in accordance with the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and the Ministry of Health, as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and workplace cleaning protocols, administration of Entrances to the construction site and appropriate training.
