Garbage disposal, fixtures stolen from home under construction in Imperial | Police Fire

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of numerous items from a house under construction on the 6700 block of Bailey Farms Road in Imperial. The theft occurred on March 25, the sheriff’s office reported.

KAB Construction owned the items, which included doorknobs, fittings and a garbage disposal. The items were valued at $ 2,000, the report said.

It looked like someone entered the house through the front door. However, it was not clear from the Sheriff’s Office report whether the door was locked or unlocked.

As of March 27, the stolen items had not been recovered and no suspects were identified, said Grant Bissell, spokesman for the sheriff’s office. He asked anyone with information about the incident to call the sheriff’s office at 636-797-5515.
