ADVERTISEMENT FOR OFFERS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Fish and Game Department of Idaho at MK Nature Center, 600 South Walnut Street, Boise, Idaho 83712, No. 2020-117, Hayspur Hatchery, by 2:00 p.m. local time on May 27, 2020 for the DFG project Septic. Bids can also be sent by the U.S. Postal Service to PO Box 25, Boise, Idaho 83707, but must arrive at the PO Box by 7:00 a.m. on the above date.
Proposals will be opened and read publicly at the above hour and date.
The project consists of the installation of a septic tank, grinding pumps, pump controls, electrics, pipes, septic tanks, drainage fields, fences, the removal of old pump vaults and components as well as the abandonment of the existing sewage lagoon.
A preview of the project (highly recommended) will take place on May 20, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. Contact the Bureau of Engineering (208) 334-3730 by May 19, 2020 to make arrangements to attend this tour.

A tender bond amounting to 5% of the offer is required.
Documents can be obtained for bidding from the Fish and Game Department, Bureau of Engineering at (208) 334-3730. No deposit is required.
At the time of the opening of the bid, the successful bidder must have a valid public works license for the state of Idaho. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work must be performed by a licensed public works contractor. As part of the offer, add a public works name and license number to the list of subcontractors.
