In today’s Hell’s Kitchen episode, the sequel to Hells Kitchen, Chef Gordon tells the rest of the blue team that now that your weakest link is gone, he’s no longer their excuse. Now that Marc is gone, Amber believes there is a target on her back.

Cody and Mary Lou are so cute they play cards and flirt with each other. Gordon asks the cooks to meet in the kitchen. It’s time for a challenge: “Spells Kitchen”. This challenge is intended to show which chefs can think quickly on their feet. Ingredients are mixed up and you have to guess what it is.

The person who answers correctly can choose to save the ingredient for their protein or give it to the opposing team. Mary Lou is doing very well, Amber is too. The red team is being sabotaged for having to use pineapple with its halibut. Amber has the chance to swap the pineapple for avocado, and she doesn’t, which makes Declan suspicious.

Cody got the pineapple dish, confident that he can do something with it and prove himself. It’s the battle of Rib Eye, Amber, and Kori, the point goes to both of them. Next comes the veal chop, Jordan and Declan, the point goes to both of them. The halibut, Cody and Mary Lou, the point goes to the blue team.

The reward for the blue team is to take a dip in an amazing pool on the lake, swim, relax and enjoy cocktails with an all-American grill by the pool. And a treat awaits the blue team in the dormitory. The red team prepares six hundred Tuile biscuits by hand. The blue teams will find Vitamix mixers in their dormitories.

The red team makes the cookies and burns their fingers because the dough needs to be rolled when they are hot.

Chef Gordon informs chefs that Hells Kitchen is closed to the public so they can support two notable charities. The red team cooks for the Sarah McLachlan School of Music and the blue team for the Chris Long Foundation. Gordon expects perfect service from both teams.

Nikki makes the scallop dish, which is the first course. She wants it to go smoothly. The red team clears the scallops and counts wrong, it’s short two plates. The entire first course didn’t go the way they wanted it to.

Amber had a bad night at the fish station, she doesn’t want that again. Meanwhile, Cody isn’t happy that Amber isn’t working with him and Declan, she just wants to work alone.

Both tables had two courses, it’s about the steak. Chef Gordon calls Declan because some of his fillets were too seared. On the red team, Jordon is very slow and Gordon finds raw meat and loses it. Four of the twelve steaks were rare and Jordan is upset.

After dinner, Chef Gordon shares with the chefs that there were mistakes on both teams that prevented him from leaving the kitchen. He tells both of them to go back to the dormitory and pick a member of their team who doesn’t have the leadership skills to be his head chef.

In the red team, Jordan accuses Nicole and Nicole Jordan. In the blue team, Declan and Cody vote for Amber, who doesn’t want to go home and leave Hell’s Kitchen. In the red team, finding someone to line up is such a tough decision.

Declan says the blue team nominated Amber and that she will vote for Cody. There is a difference between arrogance and confidence. Mary Lou says they are nominating Jordan for the red team because of a lack of communication and delegation.

Amber says she deserved to be there, she works hard and she is open to criticism and she ran the kitchen tonight. Jordan says she asked the team if the steaks were cooked and they said yes if they needed an extra two minutes they should have said something. Gordon sends Jordan home, he tells her that she is a soldier and that he needs a general.

THE END!
