Jeff Peabody Plumbing establishes Woburn office

WOBURN, Mass. – Jeffrey J. Peabody Plumbing & Heating LLC has opened a satellite office at 18 Commerce Way in Woburn, MA. The new location will also support the company’s work in Woburn Village, the mixed-use development currently under construction on the former Woburn Mall location.

Jeff Peabody Plumbing was founded in 2007 and provides plumbing services to homes and businesses. Despite only employing 10 people, the company has taken on a number of significant projects including the renovation of the historic Harborview Hotel in Martha’s Vineyard, the conversion of the MBTA Red Line Station in North Quincy into residential / retail space and the upcoming Copperworks Condominiums in Canton.

Jeff Peabody Plumbing is now taking care of the installation and gas plumbing of the 350 unit Avalon Bay apartment complex, which is being built in Woburn Village, 1 mile from Cummings Park.

“The Cummings buildings are anywhere you could want and you can’t compete with the convenience of having an administrative office minutes from your workplace,” said owner Jeff Peabody. “Otherwise you’ll waste so much time driving back and forth from headquarters that it becomes a task for yourself.”

Peabody worked on the lease with Rob Yacobian, Senior Leasing Director of Cummings Properties.

“Given the size and diversity of our portfolio, we are often able to deliver the kind of space customers need, where and when they need it,” said Yacobian. “Companies are increasingly making satellite offices available to employees or those who prefer to work closer to their suburban homes.”
