Lexington Plumbing Employs TRIC Tools’ M100 Pipe Bursting System

On December 1, 2016, Lexington Plumbing of Kansas City, MO deployed TRIC Tools (M100) 100-ton pipe bursting equipment to replace 120 linear feet of an 8-inch sewer in Roeland Park, KS that Lexington Plumbing was supplying M100 with their Bobcat E55. The pipe burst took place at St. Agnes Catholic Church and School at 3220 W. 53rd Street, Roeland Park, KS. Sewer pipe to be replaced under the church parking lot, church driveway, and town street. The pipe was 15 feet below the surface. After the pipe entry pit, bursting equipment pit and anchoring were installed, the work went very smoothly.

“Most pipe bursting jobs have many questions in the training process that slow the progress of the job,” noted Bill Seals. “Thanks to the professionalism of the Lexington (plumbing) crew they really knew what they were doing and did this job with no problems. He continued,“ I was really impressed with how quickly they got this job done. ”Lexington Forman Jason Carver Said to Bill, “I want one of these, this tool is amazing.” Lexington Plumbing purchased the X30 Lateral Pipe Bursting Tool from TRIC in February 2016. Lexington Plumbing’s has done approximately 20 pipe burst jobs since purchasing the X30 Pipe Bursting System.
