“We chose to help the community and help everyone because it (the blizzard) affected almost everyone – one way or another – with utility. So we were ready to go there and help and not pay the overtime fees. ”Said Montemayor. “We know there are a lot of people who are charging more than they should and we thought we were going to keep our normal hourly rate … and all the boys and girls in our office have moved up and are going to be working overtime and they are going to be working their late hours, even if they are not on call at all. I think some of them work until 8 or 9 a.m. just to help out as much as possible. “
