The repayment is based on the total cost and can be made as many times as the homeowner decides. However, it must be repaid in full within the specified timeframe: less than $ 2,500, repaid within 12 months; between $ 2,500 and $ 5,000 repaid within 24 months; more than $ 5,000 repaid within 36 months.
A lien is placed on the property until the replacement is paid in full.
