Pipe replacement project starts today |

ROCKEFELLER TOWNSHIP – Motorists are cautioned that part of Route 4013 (Captain Bloom Road) will be closed this week in Rockefeller Township, Northumberland County, due to a pipe replacement project.

A maintenance team from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will be performing the pipe replacement along Captain Bloom Road between Milts Road and Spruce Road today. The work will be carried out between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. if the weather is fine.

A detour via Routes 890 and 4016 (Plum Creek Road) will be established during the works. Drivers should be vigilant, drive more slowly, expect travel delays and drive carefully.
