Part of Route 4013 (Captain Bloom Road) in Rockefeller Township, Northumberland County, starting Friday November 19 for a pipe replacement project.
A PennDOT maintenance team will be performing the pipe replacement along Captain Bloom Road between Milts Road and Spruce Road. The work will be carried out between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. if the weather is fine.
A detour via Routes 890 and 4016 (Plum Creek Road) will be established during the works. Drivers should be vigilant, drive more slowly, expect travel delays and drive carefully.
