WAUKESHA, WI – PJ’s Plumbing announced the acquisition of Burton Plumbing Co., based in Waukesha, on Friday, according to a press release.
Both companies will retain their current company names and service offerings and will collectively serve all residential and commercial customers in southeast Wisconsin who require plumbing, construction, remodeling, general repair and emergency services. This acquisition is related to the planned resignation of Burton owner Dan Halliburton after a long and successful career.
“We are proud to add Burton Plumbing to the PJ Plumbing family as both teams share a passion for the business and a commitment to exceptional service,” said Paul Glapinski, owner of PJ’s Plumbing, in the press release. “Dan Halliburton had a high standard of leadership and is valued in the community. We look forward to building that reputation further by adding more qualified team members to meet their scheduling requirements in the Waukesha area.”
In addition to the usual demand and seasonal peaks for plumbing services, the demand for reliable and trustworthy professionals is even higher this year as more people choose to work on their homes for better accommodations for home / work. Similarly, as project development continues, commercial demand will be higher, the press release said.

Founded as a one-person company by Paul Glapinski in 1998 to serve both private and small commercial customers. Since its inception, PJ’s has grown each year in both geographic area and the plumbing services it offers.
