It looks like Arsenal are about to throw the kitchen sink to get Alexander Isak to north London.
The Swedish killer is heavily linked to a move to Arsenal.
And AS in Spain reported this morning that the Emirates Stadium club “will do whatever it takes to get him” if they hear the Real Sociedad shooter is interested.
Isak, who has a £ 70m release clause [AS]He lit up Euro 2020 for his country this summer and that’s not good for Arsenal as he’s dazzling on such a big stage and the competition will only increase.

AS claim #Arsenal spoke to Isak’s representatives and told them that if the player is interested in joining, they will do whatever it takes to get him, even if it means paying his € 70m release clause to fend off competition from Real Madrid. https://t.co/kEUVyNTF8X

Will Arsenal sign Isak?
Well, they definitely need him.
Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang are both good strikers – especially the latter.
But taken together, their age is 62 and goals 32 in all competitions last season show that Arsenal need fresher options in attack.
Nine teams scored more goals in the Premier League than the Gunners – who were again eighth – so a striker with Isak’s skills is imperative.
