Thieves Steal Everything but the Kitchen Sink on Detroit’s Eastside

DETROIT, MI – At least two suspects, and possibly others, obviously knew they had time to grab the various items they did, and now the Detroit police are asking you not to take the time to identify them and to locate.

The Detroit Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating suspects in connection with breaking and entering an unoccupied home on the east side of the city.

Between Thursday, February 18, 2021 and Monday, March 1, 2021, unknown suspects broke into the vacant two-family apartment on the 4600 block of Grandy by breaking two windows. The suspects stole two hot water tanks, an oven, a stove, a snow blower and various items of clothing. Two of the suspects fled in a dark limousine.

You are asked to look carefully at the photos to see if you can provide the information the Detroit Police Department needs to get these two behind bars. They essentially targeted another structure in the city for the plague.

If anyone has information about this crime, they are encouraged to contact the Detroit Police Department 7th District at (313) 596-5740 or CRIMESTOPPERS at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
