Prior to joining the company, she developed her career at Taylor Wimpey and became a technical director at the age of 28, a position she has held for the past four years. He has 35 years of experience in the UK construction sector. He is currently Senior Director of Real Estate in Scotland at Turner & Townsend and has been Head of Project Management for the company since 2015.

He is a former site manager who joined Westbury Homes as a site manager and was a production manager for over 18 years. He was also the managing director of two privately owned regional developers.

The auditor is the former CEO of the plumbing and heating company Ferguson and has been with the company for more than nine years until November 2019. Before he was head of the company, he was Group Chief Financial Officer. He was also a partner in the private equity group Alchemy Partners.

Sarah Sands, Berkeley Group

Sarah Sands, Berkeley GroupBerkeley Group Holdings plc announced the appointment of Sarah Sands as its new non-executive director. After holding numerous senior journalistic roles including editor of BBC Radio 4 Today, the London Evening Standard and the Sunday Telegraph, she currently chairs the G7 Gender Equality Advisory Board for 2021 and the Bright Blue political think tank.
