“Our main purpose is to serve the people of St. George and try to really grow the community here,” said owner Brett Walker.

Walker plumbing, heating & air is a family business that has operated in the greater St. George area for 16 years. Walker began working in the plumbing industry during high school and started his own company in Utah County in 2002. Then he headed south, attracted by the red rocky landscape and the warmth of the local community.

“I’ve always loved St. George,” he said. “It was just such a friendly city and we love the small town feel.”

Washington City-based Aaron Crane moved into his new home in December 2020 and discovered a massive water leak in his master bedroom just days before Christmas, soaking the carpet.

After researching online, Crane said he decided to give Walker Plumbing, Heating & Air a call because they were recognized as the best plumbing in the area in the Best of Southern Utah 2020. They quickly dispatched a technician to assess the situation and give a price estimate. The diagnosis? A pipe was frozen and burst.

Walker said he decided to bring in some HVAC technicians after receiving numerous inquiries from satisfied plumbing customers. They carry out emergency repairs, installation, maintenance and air quality services day and night.
