Waterline Renewal Technologies, a portfolio company of Behrman Capital, today announced the completion of the acquisition of Pipe Lining Supply, a national full-service cured-in-place (CIPP) lateral lining and drain, waste and vent (DWV). Sewer rehabilitation provider specializing in first class customer support and training. In line with Waterline Renewal Technologies’ growth strategy, the acquisition of Waterline Renewal Technologies will provide a solid foundation for the further development of its North American business. The terms of purchase were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004 by Linda Heisler and later strengthened by her husband John Heisler, Pipe Lining Supply focuses on restoring sewers to new condition without excavation. Pipe Lining Supply offers a wide range of products and services for all gravity drainage systems in need of refurbishment and has created a complete solution for plumbers and drain cleaners. Offering includes Quik-Shot ™ systems, Quik coating systems, high-speed drain cleaning machines, side lining materials and resins, support and training, and a fully customizable MICROSHOP on wheels.
